The grinding operation essentially eliminates the soft milling stage through high stock removal rates, resulting in lower piece-part costs accompanied by better surface finishes. These wheels are commonly used while grinding aluminum, titanium, magnesium, tool steels, stainless steels, nickel alloys and inconel material.
